Ryan McArdle, MA

Ryan (he/him) earned his Master of Mental Health Counseling degree from Westfield State University and has a BA in Transpersonal Psychology. Ryan has worked and trained in various therapeutic settings for over 10 years. He draws inspiration for his counseling approach from his longstanding mindfulness meditation practice, Polyvagal Theory, and from his own experience as a client. He is interested in the healing potential of transformative practices such as breath work, meditation, movement, and music. Ryan offers a safe container for clients to explore the emotional, spiritual, and practical aspects of their lives, and to discover how current challenges can be related to past experiences.

In addition to his Master's and Bachelor's degrees, Ryan trained at the Hartford Family Institute, the Shalom Mountain retreat center, and completed a Psychosynthesis life coach training in Amherst, MA. He is also a certified death doula and has had extensive experience supporting families through the dying/grieving process.  

Ryan offers in-person and telehealth sessions for individuals with varied backgrounds and ages.
