Sarah (she/her) received her bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College and obtained her Master of Social Work degree from Smith College School for Social Work in 2016. Since then, Sarah has practiced in community mental health in Northampton, working with adults of varying ages and backgrounds, with a particular focus on complex trauma and anxiety. Sarah also holds a Master of Arts in Fiction from Boston University, and before becoming a psychotherapist, taught creative writing and literature at the Bard Prison Initiative, Colgate University, and Boston University.

He draws inspiration for his counseling approach from his longstanding mindfulness meditation practice, Polyvagal Theory, and from his own experience as a client. Nick (he/him) earned his Master of Mental Health Counseling degree from Westfield State University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In addition to his advanced degrees, Nick is a Certified Life Coach. He also worked and received training at the Alchemy Healing Center, informed by the healing traditions of holistic Chinese medicine, and he is a Certified Neurolinguistic Practitioner (NLP). While Nick practices primarily from an insight-oriented orientation, his background in life coaching offers a practical, solution-focused skill set from which he is also able to draw.
